Supercheap Auto Fyshwick

I went shopping to the Fyshwick store last week and can I just say how impressed I was, as a regular here the store has had its ups and downs over the years, but recently it has been such a positive experience. Both managers Jade and Lachlan work so well to provide a welcoming atmosphere every time I shop. 10/10 great work SCA Fyshwick!

I have been coming to this store for awhile now and have had the best experience with the staff so far… however I have noticed that there has been a new manager in the store and can i just say, this blue haired sully from monsters inc mf has no clue what she is doing when it comes to being a manager, within the last couple of times I have been to this store she has been nothing but rude to me and other customers with her sarcastic and disrespectful tone. I feel deeply apologetic for the staff that have to work with her as she has been most disrespectful and rude to the hard working staff at this establishment, the complete lack of support and communication this lady has toward her staff is absolutely horrifying I do hope in the future this woman is relocated to a store where she learns some manners as the poor staff at this store seem to have endured enough of this blueberry pancake of a managers torment. Pretty disappointing experience. Nearly 5 weeks (and counting) of trying to buy a wiper for a french car, standard Bosch, known part number. Incorrectly advised in the store, refunded, ordered the wrong one (with only one option in their computer for my car), refunded on arrival, ordered the right one but order didn’t go through as they were meant to charge a deposit and didn’t (3 weeks of silence until I rocked up to check), ordered the right one again, and, well, we’ll see… super friendly staff but don’t seem to know what to do if you drive anything other than a HiLux or a Corolla? Ps And with the fourth attempt they ordered a wrong wiper again. I gave up. Very poor customer service and a complete waste of time, unfortunately

I wanted a good quality battery for my Hilux. The last one I bought was from SCA and it was great. The sales staff referred me to the assistant manager who was superb. Took me through the choices, tested the old battery, put in an OBD device so that my settings were saved and was very safety conscious while installing. The fitting fee was very reasonable for the care he took. Really happy with the care I received.
